I have a user that does not have admin rights on her PC. She must run a
program that she has full rights on the directory. I can run the
program(which is nothing more than VBS) as the local administrator but I
can't when I am logged on as the user in question. Is there a GP either on
the SBS2003 server or on the local machine that would prevent her from
running scripts? How can I find out?

    TIA

  2. Can you just give her domain user account full Security permissions on the
    directory in question?

  3. In
What does the VB script do, exactly, and where does it expect her to have
    permissions?

You can take a look at FileMon and RegMon (google for 'em) to find out where
this app expects the logged-in user to have write access, and set the
permissions accordingly in the file system & registry.
