GPOs: Computer Config overriding User Config?

I have a Windows Server 2003 environment running Active Directory that has
folder redirection enabled for all users. I have one user that has a
laptop and a desktop. I do not want to do folder redirection while this
user is on her laptop, but I DO want to do folder redirection while she is
    logged into her desktop.

How would I go about accomplishing this?

Thanks for the suggestion. I actually thought about something like that,
but would that just deny the computer the GPO? The GPO is configured as
a user GPO. I might give it a try to see if it works though.

Would it be possible to put the laptop into it's own OU and make a
startup script that denies folder redirection for her?
