I have a Toshiba Color Printer which defaults to B&W, but users are able to
change the setting to Color, but often forget to change it back. Is there a
GPO which will force the B&W setting upon logon?

  2. Hello RobG,

If you only will allow them b&w then you can change the security for the
printer, that users only can print and not manage printers, so they are not
able to change the color settings.

    Best regards

Thanks. Actually, we want the Users to be able to change to Color if needed,
but if they forget to change back to B&W, we want to reset it each time they
    logon.
