I have a user who just purchased a ntbk with xp 64 bit os running on sbs 2003
domain environment. A desktop policy has been in place for some time. It
is company logo centered on screen. When it was applied to his new
notebook, it is stretched instead of centered. When looking at desktop
properties, it says it is suppose to be centered. The notebook is running
Nvidia Quadro FX 370M display adapter. Any ideas why this is not displaying
    properly?

  2. If you log in with a local account, can you manually set it up and make it
    look right centered?

Check the registry in HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop - ensure wallpaper style is
    set to 0...
