Hauppauge PVR-150MCE or PVR-250MCE?

I'm told that the PVR-150MCE is cheaper to manufacture but has the same
capabilities as the PVR-250MCE tuner card. Is this true?

Just wondering which I should pick up to add to my existing MCE machine.
Currently has a single PVR-250MCE card.

  2. I'm not clear on the differences in these cards, but the 150MCE is a
great card, works very well, and very inexpensive (under $70 from both
Buy.com and Amazon.com). However, it doesn't come with the software
necessary to use it under Windows in a non-MCE system.

The 250MCE differs only in that it has a Video CD encoder, which is
    useless for MCE anyway.

The MCE cards differ from their similarly numbered non-MCE counterparts
in that they include a radio tuner, omit the Hauppauge remote and
provide RCA phono connections for audio input rather than the 3.5mm
    jack.
