have not been receiving any new emails fro 48hrs

    Can still send emails but cannot receive any for 48 hrs. Box pops up asking
    for username and password - do not remember password. Error message is
    Server: 'pop6.sympatico.ca', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR invalid
    user name or password.', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error:
    0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92. We have not changed anything, it
    started unexpectedly. Where do I find our password or set a new one AND will
    it make any difference?
