HCT test cannot start because harsh values change

    Hello everyone,

    Regardless how many times I have uninstalled and reinstall the HCT 11.2, I
    cannot start the test any more. The error is shown below.

    + I removed HCT and reinstalled it. Did not help.
    + I removed the Instant messenger program (this is WinXP SP1), remove &
    reinstalled the HCT again. Did not help.
    + I removed the HCT and search for anything "HCT" in the registry and
    reinstall HCT, and it did not do a squad of difference.
    + U uuhhhhhhh.

    Can anyone help pleasssssssssssse. Thank you.

    The problem is happening because HCT has detected that
    the driver you are testing (or other dependant drivers)
    have changed and therefore must be tested again from
    scratch. I'm not sure why you are getting errors for the
    os files msgslang.dll, etc., but I have a feeling this is
    something to do with driver verifier. Quite often the
    HCT sets up driver verifier to verifier all sorts of
    drivers on your system. Run driver verifier and manually
    remove the drivers that you have listed. Do a reboot and
    have another go.
