I'm thinking of setting up a headless Windows Server 2003 (no floppy, no
CD-ROM, no video card, network access through USB port).

Does anyone have a pointer to info on how to get this done?

    Well Nick,
    You have the following options:

    1. Manual Install with a CD-ROM, then make it headless once you have the
    network and OS configured.
    2. Unattended install over the network using unattend.txt, and any post
    install items you might have.
    3. Automated Deployment Services (ADS) install. You will need a sysprep'd
image for this, and the appropriate drivers.

Other than that, the main item is getting the OS onto the server,
configuring it, and then putting it on the network.
