Help can not add or drag songs into library, all playlists not sho

    Im having some trouble adding any media files to WMP 11. I have refreshed
    the database and no luck. They have a post about this

    The symptoms are close, though i can view and listen to the files i just
    cant add them. WMP just started doing this too. and the only thing i have
    done was got a new Mp3 player. Sansa e250 and even then it was working fine
    when i sync'd it, just recently everything is gone out of my library. Music
    files and video fiels are in there place i just cant add them.
