    Hi!
I have updated our WSUS with the latest SP1 and since then our computers ar
only contacting the server but I don't receive any status report. What have I
done wrong? I have tried to find a solution but nothing seems to help...
Running out of ideas. Contemplating uninstalling the whole thing and starting
over... Is this my only option? Please help! I hate Mondays!

  2. Hi Jennifer.

The 0x80190194 error is an HTTP 404 error, and it occurs here because the
CDT failed to find the ~/selfupdate virtual directory.

This is a known issue with the WSUS3 SP1 installer. The fix is to recreate
the 'selfupdate' virtual directory on your Default Web Site, point it to the
    pathname C:\Program Files\Update Services\selfupdate, and ensure the
permissions are set to permit Anonymous Access.
