I recently had two Trojan horse invasions. They are now gone and the system
tests clean. HOWEVER, Google has set itself as my Start Page in IE 6.0 and I
    cannot get rid of it.

What can you suggest. I have even been into the registry to delete any
reference to Google. It just keeps resetting itself. HELP?

  2. Hi,

When you were in the Registry, did you look at the following key:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
    String Value: Start Page
Data Value: <link to your home page>

When you use "Tools||Internet Options||General||Home page" to set your Home
page, the link is recorded at the above Registry Key. Perhaps you have some
third party Security program running that is preventing that Registry change
    from taking place.

    Good luck,

Can you change it but the change doesn't "stick" when you reopen IE or
    reboot?
