Have you tried System Restore? Select any restore point when everything was
    fine.

So many movies saved in your computer? So many movies you do not want to
delete? Just backup them on the DVD disc, then you can enjoy them any time
you want in the future. 3herosoft DVD Creator is such a program that can
burn MPEG, AVI, and DIVX, MPEG, VOB, WMV, etc. into new DVD disc.

    * Create DVD from AVI, MPEG, WMV, DivX, XviD, MP4, or H.264/AVC
    * Burn high quality DVD movies, DVD folders or ISO files
    * Create DVD with custom menu, audio tracks, subtitles and video edit
