  2. Greetings Denise,

You can only get phone support if you're a paying MSN subscriber.

If you wish to go back to the previous version, simply click Start, then Control Panel, then
Add or Remove Programs, click MSN Messenger 7 and then click Remove.

You can then find the previous version here:

    Jonathan you're da man!

Thanks for hosting this file. I tried the new 7.0 and was almost
immediately sorry I had done so. The access for screen readers is not
very good and it just seems like they keep adding more and more
useless crap to bog your system down, and each version seems to run a
bit slower than the last. Not ranting at you Jonathan, just making an
    observation.

Thanks again for hosting 6.2, I intend to burn it onto cd now that I
    have it.

  4. Hi Tom,

Actually I've been told that 6.2 is rather terrible for screen readers as well -- I'm
    surprised it's much different.

    Regardless, you're very welcome :)

Hi Jonathan, well they finally got some fixes out at least for the two
screen readers that I mainly teach and use, jaws for windows from
Freedom Scientific and Hal/Supernova from Dolphin Computer Access. i
am not sure about Window Eyes from GW Micro. This is the third screen
reader that is popular out there. With these fixes version 6.2 works
pretty well as long as you turn as much of the extra crap you don't
need off as you can. This is usually the way it is, every time a new
version of something or other comes out it takes the screen reader
companies a while to get fixes out.

    Best regards,

    Tom
