help window explorer restart after open folder

    eh i dunno this problem is under which grou
    so if i post in the wrong site plz forgive m

    my problem is when i open some folder then window explorer sto
    working and then window explorer restar
    inside the folder is movie

    sometimes i copy whole folder and past it in desktop and it can ope
    but sometimes canno

    another way to open is share the folder and use other computer to ope
    it through network sharing

    The only clue I can see in those error messages is 'mdhelper.dll', which
    following a quick Google is apparently related to 'Mass Downloader'.

    If that rings a bell as a product you have installed, then perhaps look for
    some updates, or consider how essential it is to your system.

    i try delete whole massdownloader file including the plugin for mozila
    or IE and now the folder can open adi
    still not sure is 100% all open
    now still no getting error after open folder
