Help with remote control set up with Dish Network set-top box 322

I've tried very hard to get the MCE (HP) to work with my Dish Network
satellite settop box 322 but still can't make the MCE remote to change the
channel correctly. The MCE is getting the satellite signals and the guide is
downloaded correctly. In one instance, the channel changed correctly during
the setting process. But the MCE remote still can't change channel after
setting is saved.

A few things to note:

The MCE didn't recognize the settop box remote during the setup. So I had
the MCE to learn the keys of the satellite remote.
I answered "no" when asked if the satellite remote has an "Enter" or "OK"
button to change a channel.
I believe the connections are correct. Settop box, MCE and TV are connected
by coaxial cable.


Has anybody successfully got the MCE to work with Disk Network Setup box
322? Help is greatly appreciated.
