    Hi All,

does minifilters capable of hiding/unhiding files/folders in a specified
    directory?

if it does, can you help me how can i hide/unhide files/folders from a
specific directory, for example "z:\" as input from a user-mode, but can be
    accessed programmatically by applications?..

any help will be greatly appriciated.

    thanks in advance

Ask this question at http://www.osronline.com/ on the NTFSD list that is the
place for file system quesins. You have some confusion here, applications
are in user-mode so if you block from user-mode you block from applications.
