Hotfix for WSUS, clients not reporting status

    How and where can I find the hotfix to fix the problem associated with
    clients not reporting status? I have all of the symptoms that are described
    in the article about the clients not reporting. It says there is a hotfix for
    it but that you need to contact Microsoft. Is there any other way for me to
    obtain this hotfix? Thanks

    You have to call PSS - the installer requires a time-bombed password. This
    is the description of the hotfix:

    The call only takes a couple of minutes and the hotfix is free.
