    Hi Folks,

Installed WLM beta on my computer 3 days ago using Hotmail. It would
never poll Folders or send mail, and I received this error message ~

"The message could not be sent. Subject 'windows live mail', Protocol:
HTTPMail, Server Response: 'This account does not have permission to
synchronize your mail. To sign up to gain permission to synchronize with
this account, please go to http://ideas.live.com and join the notification
list for this Windows Live Mail product. You will be notified when your
account is enabled.', Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x80AA4192,
    Error Number: 0x80AA4192 "

I added my Cox email address last night, it polled folders immediately and I
was able to send messages including graphics and a midi first kick at the
    cat!

I added my 10 year old MSN address ~ it polled folders immediately and I
    sent messages with no problem.

I made MSN my default ~ removed Hotmail account ~ added it again. Received a
message to add folders, answered "Yes", and "NADA"

In conclusion, IMHO, with a http (MSN) and a POP3 (Cox) both working, it
    appears to me
that "Hotmail" is at fault for synchronization error???

    FWIW
