Hour glass ?

    Hello everyone
    Just notice today, each time I right click, an hour glass appears for
    split second, then gone. Someone explained that it showed something i
    running. Even if I accept that, question remains: why now and not befor

    I should have said that the hour-glass had replaced the pulsating blu
    circle. I didn't make such change, don't know how to anyway. So, what'
    going on

    Maybe your mouse pointer scheme has got accidentally changed.

    Go to Control Panel | Mouse and see what scheme is configured under
    the Pointers tab. The Windows Aero schemes use the swirly circle as
    the busy icon. Some of the other schemes use the hourglass.

    Hello Chris
    Thank you for the sugestion. I was there before posting the question
    couldn't spot any difference in configuration. Anyway, "all else fails
    good old reliable system restore". Got my circle back after restore
