How can I create a new group policy which overrides and co-exist with default
    domain policy? Thank you.

I am confused. When I use rsop.msc to check if the policy is applied. It said
    applied.
And I did test the new group policy and it seems working.
so what exactly the result displayed by the command 'gpresult' means?
Do I need to do something on WMI filter?

    Hi

Group Policy is applied -> Local -> Site -> Domain -> OU -> SubOU, etc.
Policies are affected by Priority, Machine Policies takes priority over User
Policies (in case of conflict), if you have loopback policies applied they
can also afected the way that policies are applied.
