I'm using the latest version of MSN 6.0 Preview under WindowsXP Pro on a
high-speed cable connection. I recently switched from am ADSL service.
Under the old ADSL, I was able to video conference in MSN Messenger 6.0 just
fine. However, now I'm unable to video conference successfully with another
user who's running MSN Messenger 6.0 also under XP. If they invite me to vc
with them, I get their video, but no audio. They get no video or audio from
    me.

The cable setup assigns IP addresses dynamically.

How can I get video conferencing to work under broadband high-speed internet
    service successfully?
