I have 2gb of RAM, an AMD dual-core processor at 1.8GHZ, and 256mb video card.

So: which version of Vista would I be able to run?

    Thanks,

    Dave

Any one of them, which one you get depends on the features you want.

So, I could run Vista Ultimate? With the Aero interface?

  4. Yes, you could. Well 99% sure. What kind of video card do you have?

Ultimate, yes. You didn't say which video card you have, but I would guess
    yes on aero.

Fair point. Will have to check and get back to you (this is my home PC I'm
talking about, and I'm not home right now).

    Thanks.

He'd also have to have the updated MB drivers, audio drivers, etc. (If they
    exist)
    Just not worth the trouble.

If you can run Home Premium with Aero, you can run any of the Vista
    versions...

Maybe NONE depending on driver availability.
