    Hello,

I am fairly new to Windows 2003. I need to verify which service pack is
installed. I used "winver.exe" but no SP info is displayed. I don't know if
functionality has changed. Will Winver tell me if a SP is installed? If
not, how can I verify this?

    Thanks in advance,

    Rich

  2. Try Control Pane / Help / About.

Winver.exe should work. You can also run winmsd.exe. In either one you will
see "Service Pack 1" in the version info if SP1 is installed.
