How do you cascade tabs or tile them vertically or horizontally?

    I would appreciate how you do the above with tabs like you can on windows
    that are open in the toolbar.

    I rather doubt that feature will be introduced because it defeats the
    purpose of tabs - may as well use separate windows - and most people
    want a smaller frame, not a larger one.
