How Do You Determine Playlist File Size?

How can you determine how big a play list is? If you highlight all of the
songs, WMP shows you how many songs there are in the bottom right of the
    screen, but I want GBs.

An auto list I have now is too big for my phone. How do I know if it is a
couple songs too much or hundreds too much without going through the sync
process and reading the sync status for each song?

It's "new logic" intuitive (reference is to Orwell's 1984).

Insert your device to sync to. That'll pop you into the sync view anyways.
The right-most column of the three will show device size and free space.
Then you can add to your sync basket in the Sync List, and the "remaining
size" will decrement accordingly. You don't have to begin sync to have that
show up. The next question is probably "but how many extra songs are
there", and that I'm not aware of any good read-out for. Someone else might
have a great answer - the player is just going to sync what it can. =\

I'm not generally away of any generic way to get playlist *size*, sorry.
