We evicted a node for our Windows 2003 enterprise cluster server, and we are
not able to add the node back. The cluster service also disappeared. The
google search said we need to reinstall MSCS software, but I could not find
reinstall cluster options in the Windows CD. How can we bring the cluster
    back in evicted server node?
    Thanks,

    Hi Adam,
Thanks for your prompt response. I followed up and ran the command, and it
    said cleanup is successful.
However, I still cannot add the node back with the cluster administrator. It
failed at the stage of “Reanalyzing clusterâ€
“Error 0x80070569: Logon failure: The user has not been granted the
requested logon type at this computer.â€
Cluster account is local administrator and it has all necessary rights.
Moreover, the cluster service still did not show up. What program should I
run to install the cluster service even it cannot join the existing cluster
    group.
    Thanks,

    Hi Adam,
The problem is fixed. For some reasons (I am not sure if it is windows
update), I found the administrators is in local policy of “Deny access to
this computer from the network†group. I removed it from the policy group,
and was able to add the node back. Thanks so much for your help.
