    Hi-Soft Guest

I have a bunch of of SUB folders in my Active Sync ( 3.7) INBOX on my Ipaq
    ( 1940 ) that i don't use anymore...and I can't seem to find any way to
    delete them !

I've tried re selecting "Inbox" to be synced, and then remove the sub
folders to see if that would help, but still no go...

When I double cklick on "inbox" from the Active Sync main window...it brings
up the list of all these sub folders ("Mail Synchronization").....but
doesn't seem to be any way to get rid of them all... :(

    Any ideas ????

    cheers,

  2. Are those sub-folders visible on the desktop side? could you please delete
them from the desktop side and then sync down the updates to the device.
Deleting or Renaming folders need a valid established connection and so it's
best down from desktop end. you could open any mail viewer - OWA / Eudora /
Outlook to carry out the desired actions.

Thanks, you're on the right track there !

Basically...it was that I didn't have the "FOLDER VIEW" ticked in
Outlook...so i couldn't see all of those folders ...just a single INBOX was
visable...until I checked the FOLDER VIEW...then there they all were !

So I just manually deleted everything I didn't need frim there..re
    synced..and they're history :)

    thanks...
