Now I am programming one setup program to setup an usb
    driver.
I used the example under DDK/SRC/INSTALL.After I had
installed the driver, I plugged the device into PC.Then
the windows showing "finding the new hardware" has
occurred I want to get rid of the windows .How can I do?

Note : the class of the driver is smartcardreader.

  2. The driver needs to be signed. Unsigned drivers are elevated to the rank
of untrusted, and the Found New Hardware dialog will always be shown when
installing a driver in the untrusted rank. See the section in the DDK:
    DDK\Device Installation\Design Guide\Device Installation Overview\How Setup
    selects drivers.

How can I raise the rank without signing the driver?
