I lost my Paint program in Windows Vista and can only cal Calculator from
Search. Can I restore them from Vista Windows disc without reinstalling
    Windows?

do a search of you windows folder for 'mspaint.exe' it should be in your
system32 folder, if it is create a short-cut to it and place in programs
    start menu
