Open up the windows movie maker file in Windows Movie Maker and then Go to File->Save Movie File.

Once the dialog box opens, choose My Computer and click next.
Name your movie and choose a place to save it.
Choose the other settings radio button and select "High Quality Video (small)" and click next.

Once it has finished processing there should be a .wmv file where you chose to save it previously.

Sometimes, if you would like to play back the exported WMM files in MP4, or other file format for only .mp4 supported devices. In the case, you may try to convert the Windows Movie Maker converter can do for you.

You can google search for doremisoft windows movie maker converter for the reference.
