Is there any way to allocate only certain printers to certain type of users,
as at the moment everyone gets all the printers thats on the SBS03 Network.

  2. What is the source of the printers? Sounds like printers installed on the
    SBS and shared?

  3. What do you mean by 'allocate?'

You can set security permissions on the printer connection to prevent people
from adding a shared printer. As far as automating deployment, you can use
group policy preferences and use targeting to ensure only certain
users/groups/computers/etc get the printer installed. So I guess to answer
the question, I'd need to know how you currently offer and deploy printer
    connections....

Thank you for the reply. We have few network printers and few attached to
computers which are shared as well. At the moment when a user logs in to
Terminal server or even on local computer he/she gets a lot of printer icons,
which is confusing so just wanted them to have 2 or 3 specified printers.

    Thank you.

I think you XP set to discover al your printers.
Look at Tools\Folder Options\view, first choice.
    Is this correct?
