What type of authentication do you have set up in IIS for the Exchange
server. You need NTLM on the Exchange virtual folder and Basic on the
OMA\Active-sync stuff. Also, if you use forms-based authentication and SSL,
you cannot check the box that requires SSL (you can use SSL from your Pocker
PC but the server itself sort of browses itself not on SSL). Other issues
can be with certs and SSL if you don't have the root authority for the
server cert on your Pocket PC, you will need to add it. That should be it on
the server and the settings are very straight forward on the Pocket PC, just
put the url of your server ( and check the box for SSL if
you use it (which I would). If it doesn't work, please post the specific
error you get from your device. Also, if you have access to your IIS logs,
    see what turns up there.
