I am developing an application using directx 9 SDK. This application
receives a video stream from capture card. This video will be edited to
get special effect (i.e sharpen, blur, resize, etc) from an existing
direct show filter. I want to broadcast the editing result through WM9
    Encoder.

One of mechanism that i've been tought is sending that video stream
which taken from video renderer filter (in DIB format) to WM9 Encoder
    through certain port.
Do you think it's possible to do that with WM9 Encoder application (not
WM9Encoder SDK)? How to do that?

Is there any other solution that better than this one?

Thank you for your help. Sorry if my English is not so good.
