    Hi everyone, can anybody help?????
I've read through the many different threads regarding the issue of not been
able to get album info, but didn'd find anything to match.

I don't have any boxes blacked out or anything, and so when i either right
click on the album and select FIND ALBUM INFO, or go to the TOOLS menu and
select PROCESS MEDIA INFORMATION NOW, all i get is a little spinning world
    icon in the botom pane.
    nothing else happens.
particularly when i select the process media info prompt, it just says
retrieving media info and updating files now, but it gives a grogress of 0%.

    Frustrated am I!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!

In Aspino had this to say:

My reply is at the bottom of your sent message:
Check your firewall logs to see if it was blocked. That's the MOST frequent
reason that I've seen for this.

it would appear the problem has miracuously solved itself as it now appears
to be working. perhaps the server at windows media has been down for the last
    WEEK!!!!

  4. It's been like this for years. That's why I always say just wait a few
days and the functionality will return.
