I can't stream videos online. Need help!!

    When I try to watch videos online, it tells me that i should download adobe
    flash player, which I already have. It then tells me that I've turned off my
    java scrript and i do not know how to turn it back on. May someone please
    tell me how to turn java script on because I can't seem to turn it on.
