In Musicmatch Jukebox, I change the ID2V1 and V2 tags to
write in the artist's name and song title. Then, in WMP9
(and also Winamp), it will show this information. However,
when I burn these songs onto a CD-R using Nero, I then
play this CD-R in WMP9 and it won't show this information
anymore (doesn't show in Winamp anymore, either). What
    gives?

What does CD-Text have to do with ID3V1/V2 tags?

Are you burning the files as Audio CDs or data CDs? If you're burning the
files as Audio CDs, than ID3 tags go right out the window, as Audio CDs only
    support CDText and not ID3.
