I just did a clean install on XP Pro 64x on a new build. I used the Windows
update, and installed IE 7 64x. After that, Windows update would only open a
screen showing connecting and nothing else. If I access updates through the
IE 7 icon instead of the other IE icon, Microsoft says that it needs to open
the 32 bit browser, which never happens. How can I install the 32 bit IE 7
instead of the IE 7 64 bit.
