IE 7 Issues with Cookies and Installing MacroMedia

I was using Beta 1 of IE 7 and was pretty happy with it. I upgraded to Beta 2
and ran into problems. I cannot save a cookie for anything. I've tried to
delete any and all history, cookies, temp files, etc. That didn't make a
difference. I checked the settings and didn't see anything preventing cookies
from being created. Any ideas would be helpful.

Also, I cannot install Macromedia products. I've uninstalled them from a
previous installation to try to reinstall them. When I'm trying to install
them from the Macromedia web site, nothing happens.

Additionally, I even had a problem loading the IE 7 Beta 2 Preview page. I
let it sit for a couple of minutes and nothing happened.
