IE6 Internet Options messed up after uninstall of IE7-B2

    After uninstall of IE7-B2 (because RSS reading functionality disappeared) the
    Security section of Internet Options IE6 does not display properly. For
    Internet zone, in "Security level for this zone," when security level is set
    to Default Level, Custom (Custom settings) is displayed as set even though it
    is not ( Default Level button is shaded). Hard to describe in words. If
    someone understands me, can you tell me what is causing this and/or how to
    fix it, if possible?
    IE6 is working fine in general. No other problems noticed yet.
