I liked IE7, but had to uninstall since it conflicted with my printer drivers
(HP AIO drivers version 2 - HP officejet 6110 xi). Anyway, the uninstall went
uneventfully, but now in IE6, when I run a search using the Search button
(left pane search), I can't click on the links and actually go to the web
page. I can right click and say "open another window" and that works fine.
It's just right clicking on the link doesn't work.

I'm guessing some sort of user preferences hangover in the registry from the
    uninstall????

Sorry I meant left clicking doesn't work.

Yeah, it's not a virus. I ended up doing a system restore back to before I
installed IE7 and that fixed the problem. BTW, this particular problem was
not why I did the System Restore. Even after uninstalling IE7, my HP software
was hosed. System Restore resolved all the issues. Woot!
