I added a new Favourite via + > Add to Favourites route carefully choosing
the correct folder in my large collection. On opening the folder to revisit
that Favourite site the entry was not found, but fortunately the details were
still in the Address Bar Dropdown. I gained access to the site and again
added it to Favourites, in the same folder.
A Warning Box opened informing me that it was already entered as a Favourite
even though it clearly was not visible. I chose to confirm the entry and to
overwrite the 'existing' details. The entry again failed to appear in the
    Folder.
I tried again using the menu selection Favourites > Add to Favourites route
and the entry appeared where expected. This was repeated on another favourite
    the addresses of which are:

    http://www.isocalc.com/

    http://www.ukoffer.com/broadband.php?source=adwords

However the following address was immediately successful:

    Perhaps this issue needs attention?

    Best regards,

  2. Its possible that your favorites folder is corrupt. Export your favorites
for safekeeping then log off as the current user and log in using a
different administator account. Delete the favorites folder of the affected
identity. Then log back in to the affected identity, open IE, import your
    saved favorites and test.
