I am no longer able to print from outlook (part of office 2003 suite) after
    loading IE7.

I have all windows and office updates. I have also made sure I have the
most current drivers for the printer, an HP 8100 laserjet.

I Have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers as well as the printer. When
I try to print a "memo style" email, I get no dialouge box at all, it acts
like its going to print but nothing happens.

If I try to print an email "table style" it prints a list of all of the mail
    currently in my inbox.

I would like to join you on this topic. Users that I support are also having
issues. Then, after performing the upgrade myself, I also cannot print
messages from Outlook 2003. The 'only' way I can print is if I edit the
message I received to Rich Text or Plain Text. With messages I'm sending, I
have to generate them in the Rich Text as well. Otherwise, there is no way to
print any Email messages. Any message in HTML format will not print. I've
made the changes within my own profile and switched from HTML however it does
not appear to work and correct my problem. The users I support have also made
attempts to correct this as well by changing their default formats with no
success either. Does anyone have any recommendations? Reloading printers and
printer drivers does not fix this either. I saw that fix listed on other
posts and tried it with no change in how things are working. This is proving
to be a serious problem and I need a fix for this. Does anyone have any
    recommendations?

I ended up "uninstalling" IE7 in order to print. I most likely will not go to
IE7 for a while until there are reports of it being more stable. Amazingly,
I was able to print again immediately after uninstalling IE7.

Someone must have an idea of a fix for this, as evidently others, like ADP,
    are also experiencing this problem.

I actually need to be able to support IE7, since its being released out into
the populace through Windows update, but currently I need a machine that
    works correctly more.

    thanks

  4. There are reports that removing IE7 is not fixing the print problem in OL.

    Workarounds.

View and print in plain text
    Print in landscape mode
    Forward to self before printing

As you'll see from my blog, we've been able to reproduce the problem, and a
    fix is in the works.

I just thought I would mention that one workaround I have found for now is
that you hit "forward" for an "HTML formatted" email, you can then print the
copy you were going to forward. At least this seems to work for me.

The problem re-appeared today. It is intermittent, but still seems to occur
when I have file handler errors with PSAPI.DLL.
