Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 does not work at e-banking sites in Argentina.
For instance I tried it at www.bnpparibas.com.ar The first page loads OK but
when one selects the home banking option BNP Net an error message saying that
the web navigator is not recognized as an accepted web navigator. I tried it
at other argentine bank sites connected to the Link network and the same
    thing happens.

    Hello balboaleila,

that is a function of the back websites themselves. Browser checking is
    being
done by sripts loaded in the page or at the server. This has happened to me
with Banks here in the US.

I would suggest you contact your bank and see when they plan to implement
a change to accept IE 7.

  4. Instead of going into the registry to change the User Agent String (which may or
may not work anyway) try downloading and running this app which will do it for
you. Again it may or may not work depending on the banks scripting. It allowed
me to get into the bank and into a Secure government site that also checked the

Just get the Lite version for what you need.
