Followed all the procedures for installing IE7 Beta3 and even a few from this
newsgroup (installing in safe mode w/networking) none of these methods worked.

I reinstalled IE7 Beta2 several times with no problems. IE7Beta2 works just
    fine.

Here's my question, can one of the MVP's look at my IE7 Beta 3 log and
suggest a solution? You can pass the log to MS if you wish.

    Here's my IE7 Beta3 log:

go to the folder called "gopher", right click, click PERMISSIONS, make sure

    Thanks Brian

I went through regedit routine and reset permissions that were giving me
problems, had about 3 places I needed to reset permissions. (Don't know why).

Sure hope the final release IE7 installer will take care of these problems.

    Thanks Again

    Frank M
