    Internet Explorer 7

Two days ago I logged off my pc and was prompted to 'Install Update'. I did.

The next day I logged in and opened IE7 when I discovered a problem. I can
input an address into the address bar, but it will not link directly to the
address. If I hit enter (while the cursor is in the box) or I click the green
refresh button, it will not go to the address.

The only way I can go directly to a web site (besides favorites) is to
google the site/link and go from there.

I'm having the same problem. I found that you can enter "http://" before the
URL and then the green arrow or the enter key will work. This is a pain
though. I also have to say that I have not yet installed IE7 and am still
using 6.0 and having this problem.

I find that if it needs www. added also that just adding "http://" will not
work. In past the www was auto added ...but not now.
