IE7 can't find the local .mht file it saved when opening it!

    PAGE saved: KeyPress Event.mht
    IN C:\Documents and Settings\DOSrelic\My
    Documents\DOWNLOADS\_PROGRAM\_VisualStudio\C#

BUT IE7 tries to load this?:

    mhtml:file://C:\Documents%20and%20Settings\DOSrelic\My%20Documents\DOWNLOADS\_PROGRAM\_VisualStudio\C#\KeyPress%20Event.mht

resulting in the IE7 "The address is not valid" page!

How am I supposed to be able to save a page for later reference?
I cannot make the page available offline any more so best method = ?
    complete with superfluous folder?

This page was from a Microsoft site and I wonder if it has anything to do
    with ASP.net?

I do not know exactly where it came from as the URL is lost when saved (I
thort the info required was accessible but the file is unaccessible!).
I think it was a .aspx page!

Normal html pages appear to save just fine.

BTW: I also HATE the favourites saving and accessing method, can that be
changed back to a more user-friendly method of IE6?
PLEASE DO NOT EXPAND ALL THE FOLDERS ALL THE TIME AS THAT MAKES IT almost
    impossible to navigate being UNREADABLE!
One's eyes have to keep focusing in / out / in / out.. out...in over to the
right & back to the left... constantly everywhere!
