IE7 - Command Bar among other things

I don't want any of the command bar icons. Yet, if I remove all of them,
close IE7, and open it once more, what I have is the default 5 or 6 buttons
all over again. I've minimized this dumb problem by having only one button.
But, I don't want it. Give me a way to turn this off completely.

Same goes for the favorite icons. It's dumb that there are no options to
turn those icons off. What if I have the menu toolbar? Why do I need two
favorites icons when I already have the Favorites drop down menu?

This isn't that important but it's sort of dumb of IE7. I have it set up
differently than the default. But, when I open it, for a split second I see
the default IE7 setup. This is also dumb. I don't need to see it. Don't
show it. Show my setup immediately, not some other setup before switching to
    mine.

I thought this was the actual version, not some beta with lots of bugs,
options that aren't helpful, and lack of options that would be.

Even better than putting one button, I can put one separator for the command
bar, nothing else, and it comes back as it should... except for the part that
I have to have the command bar even though I don't want it and I see the
default browser setup every time I open a new window of course.
