IE7 doesn't correctly find 'xsl' files for 'xml' files

I met following problem - an xml references xsl file for transformation, and
    in case
both files are located in same folder (and name of that folder contains
    spaces), then
'xsl' file is not found. XSL file is referenced just by its name, however,
if it is referenced by full URI, like : 'file:///...', then everything is
find. And if path where xml and xsl files reside doesn't contain any spaces,
    again everything ok.
Also, it seems to me that I experience same problem with VS.NET 2003 help -
it also have lost it style.

I am seeing the same problem with both VS.Net help and XSL files where the
    path contains a space.
