Header, control and content frames all load into the content frame when
cllicking on a menu option, resulting in a cascading effect. To see this go
    to:
    http://ursa.lib.umb.edu/~ursatest/staff_login_frame.html and log in as
"guest", click "Searching/Requesting" and note how all 3 frames load into the
content frame instead of just the search menu. This is not a problem in
earlier versions of IE or in other browsers. The HTML is old, but IE7 should
be backward compatible to accomodate the thousands of people using these
    pages.

    hello,

if you first look at w3c you have "20 errors". Then if the login is wrong
you redirect to the frameset page staff_login_frame.html (cascading effect).
Redirect to your content page staff_login_content.html if the login is wrong.

    bye

Thanks for responding, but I goofed in the original post and you observed a
different behavior. I referenced the wrong URL for looking at this problem.
The correct URL is http://ursa.lib.umb.edu/~ursatest/BOSCO_login.html then
login as "guest" in the patron id box, then click on "searching/requesting"
    and do some searches.
