ie7 -- Naming convention & RSS changes

    "Favorites Center" should be able to be localised so the name does not appear
    to be spelled incorrectly. So, for instance, it should be "Favourites
    Centre" for those who prefer Canadian spelling. This might seem small to
    some, but staring at a spelling 'mistake' every day is very irritating.

    RSS button does not always indicated a page has an RSS feed. Lately, my
    button never seems to go live on pages with RSS links. Perhaps a bug in my
    browser?
